Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell we cannot take returns.  Please be sure the toy in your cart is the right one for you!

Orders ship in a heat sealed bag.  Please inspect your toy carefully before opening the bag.  We have an eye for quality, and we inspect our products very carefully before listing.  In the event a significant undisclosed defect is found, a partial refund may be issued for the amount that would be normally discounted for that flop.  In the unlikely even that the toy was shipped with a defect that prevents use, we may issue a full refund of the toy.  If your entire package and item was damaged during shipping, please contact USPS for remediation.

We strive to photograph our toys as accurately as possible, and cannot offer refunds due to coloration.
